Sir, – I was looking forward to the luxury of listening to RTÉ Radio’s Sunday Miscellany. I couldn’t believe it when it was announced that the intro music has changed.
That music reminds me of my parents, who always listened to Sunday Miscellany. As a teen, I would roll my eyes at the “old people’s programme”. Now I am that person, and I’m so sad not to hear that music again. Just like the 46a, gone.
All change, as memories of the past are being slowly erased. – Yours, etc,
