Sir, – The National Conversation on Education is a timely opportunity to make brave, long-term decisions about our future (“How does education need to evolve to support children? Convention invites public to speak up ”, Education, February 11th).
Coming generations will likely experience climate collapse, political polarisation, geopolitical jostling and diffuse disinformation. To navigate this complexity, future students must think critically, collaborate, imagine and act. Evolving education isn’t just for children; wise decisions now will prepare all citizens for a century of uncertainty. – Yours, etc,
