Minister for Housing Simon Coveney has ruled out a possible Fine Gael-Sinn Féin coalition, saying the two parties are incompatible.

Mr Coveney said they could not work together in government.

“As I’ve said before, I don’t think the two parties are compatible partners that could work together in government, there are too many fundamental differences,” he said.
