Would tax incentives encourage Irish emigrants to return to live in Ireland?

Minister for Finance Michael Noonan will present Budget 2016 next Tuesday, and with more than €1.5 billion to distribute this year, we're expecting more sweeteners and fewer nasty surprises than in budgets of recent years.

Among the measures hinted at so far include a reduction in the USC, easing of the tax burden on the self-employed, the partial restoration of the Christmas bonus, and increases to specific social welfare payments, including Child Benefit.

What would you like to see in Budget 2016? Will any of these measures impact on you as an Irish person living abroad?
