A fire that broke out in a large apartment block in Blanchardstown, west Dublin has been brought under control by Dublin Fire Brigade (DFB).
The fire broke out at the Falcon’s View apartments on Sunday afternoon, but it is believed no one was injured.
In a post on Twitter earlier, DFB said seven units had attended the fire, which it later said had been “brought under control”.
A Garda spokeswoman said gardaí had attended the scene to assist the fire brigade units.

Paul Donnelly, Sinn Féin TD for Dublin West, said he understood no one had been injured in the fire.
He said it appeared there had been damage to seven apartments in the building during the fire, with some residents expecting to be left homeless on Sunday evening as a result.
Mr Donnelly said it was expected many residents would be allowed back into the building later on Sunday.
