Cian Healy's citing complaint following his sin-binning during Leinster's 24-9 away loss to Toulon will be reheard on Thursday.
Healy was cited for allegedly striking Toulon hooker Guilhem Guirado with his knee 26 minutes in to the Champions Cup fixture at the Stade Felix-Mayol.
The Ireland prop was originally handed a two-week suspension, however on December 23rd an independent appeal committee ruled the citing commission should be reheard by a different judicial officer.
This means the 28-year-old will learn on Friday if he is to be suspended for Leinster’s dead rubbers against Bath and Wasps, with his side now out of the competition following four defeats.
Healy is not expected to feature in Leinster's New Year's Day fixture with Connacht due to a knee injury sustained in the 24-7 win over Munster on December 27th.
