What business-person do you most admire?
It’s hard to choose just one, as I’ve had the privilege of working with and learning from many remarkable leaders. I deeply admire those who show true courage, both in times of success and adversity. The leaders who stand out are the ones who not only push their teams forward but also bring them along on the journey. In my view, the most important quality in a business leader is courage – both physical and moral – and the ability to lead from the front, especially in challenging, high-stakes situations, much like combat in business.
