Sir, – When Taoiseach Micheál Martin arranged for the transfer of Robert Watt from the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform to the Department of Health early last year, he would have done so with the expectation that Mr Watt, because of the latter’s well-known abrasive personality, would “stir things up” in his new department.
Mr Watt has certainly not let the Taoiseach down in that regard. – Yours, etc,
