Sir, – I contested 11 elections in my day and worked in many others as a party activist.
I can say, with hand on heart, that this is the most unsavoury election that I have ever witnessed, with strong Trumpian overtones.
Is this style of campaigning going to be the legacy of this Government? – Yours, etc,
