Sir, – With another fuel crisis on the horizon and the possibility of roads being blocked by protesters, we are heading for chaos. Essential workers like nurses, doctors, firefighters, etc may find it difficult to get to their workplaces.
Protests should be directed not at our own Government, but at the administration that has caused this fuel hike.
I suggest peacefully protesting at the USEmbassy in Dublin.
With the midterms coming up in the US, president Trump will not like to see the Republican vote diminish due to dissatisfaction here and in his own country. – Yours, etc,
