Gardai issue appeal for missing man

Gardai have issued an appeal to help find the whereabouts of a man in his sixties whose disappearance has caused concern.

Thomas Coghlan (62) was last seen at midday Friday but gardai are concerned for his safety.

He was last seen at his address on the Convent Road, Dalkey.

According to a description released earlier, he is 5ft 9 in height, slim and with a receding hairline, and was wearing a light blue shirt.

He speaks with a Dublin accent and may be driving a red Volkswagen Boro with a registration 03 D 42378.
