A man has been charged with the murder of Dubliner Andrew Guerrine whose remains were found by a roadside two years ago.
Stephen Tynan (40), Knockmore Park, Tallaght, Dublin, was charged with the murder of Mr Guerrine at a place unknown between the Knockmore and Killinarden estates in Tallaght on May 23rd, 2015.
The accused man was brought before Tallaght District Court on Thursday morning. He was remanded in custody by Judge Patricia McNamara to appear before Cloverhill District Court next Thursday.
Any bail application must be made in the High Court.
Mr Guerrine's body was found at Steelstown Lane near Rathcoole, Co Dublin. He was 37 years old when he was murdered and had an address in Crumlin, Dublin.
