The ongoing public feud between Sex and the City stars Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker stepped up a notch this week.
Responding to Parker's condolences on the death of her brother on Instagram, Cattrall accused her former co-star of taking advantage of his death "in order to restore your 'nice girl' persona".
She described Parker as “cruel,” adding: “You are not my friend,” and finished the rant by linking to an article about “the mean-girls culture that destroyed Sex and the City”.
On the latest episode of The Women's Podcast, Kathy Sheridan is joined by Irish Times journalists Laura Kennedy and Rachel Flaherty to discuss what the commentary around the SJP-Cattrall row says about how we pit women against one another, why society is obsessed with the idea of the cat fight and the trouble with toxic friendships.
