The Dublin 14 area has a new player on the block with the opening by Murphy Mullan of its fourth branch at Goatstown Cross.

Located on a prominent site opposite the landmark Goat Pub the new office headed by Johnnie Mullan will be hoping to claim a share of the surrounding Clonskeagh, Goatstown, Churchtown, Stillorgan and Kilmacud areas.

It’s a hotly contested stomping ground where DNG, Allen & Jacobs, Sherry FitzGerald, Vincent Finnegan and Lisney among others already have got firm footholds.

Mullan, who was formerly based in the Kimmage branch, will be joined by senior negotiator Colin Thomas, an agent with 20 years’ experience selling southside properties.
