TRACK OF THE WEEK
Meghan Trainor - No

Look, we've all lived through the Trainor trajectory. A buzzy first single, a swift fall from grace, and up until recently, that was the end of it - or so we thought. Bring us a knife and fork as we're about to eat our words. No is truly excellent - think Britney meets Darkchild-produced Destiny's Child. Yes there's a cutesy ukulele intro but don't let that fool you - this three-inute banger hasn't left our headphones since last week. Welcome back Meghan, we're so sorry we ever doubted you.

Hero of the week is Ariana Grande. She told Miss Vogue: "I think it's important to speak up about issues that matter and I believe we all have a responsibility to use our voices to help make a difference. I wish people would be nicer to one another, especially on social media where comments can be so cruel."

5 Seconds of Summer still can't believe their luck. Luke 5SOS told Young Post: "When we started going on tour in Sydney, we never expected we'd be able to play at all these places around the world. We were very confident in ourselves and knew we had something special, but I don't think we knew how big we could make it. It blows my mind."

Zero of the week is the body police, according to Tom McFly. Following criticism of his wife's post-baby body, he took to Facebook. "I loved her bump when our boys were in it and I love it now! There's so much pressure on women to rapidly get their bodies back to "normal" post-birth and careless comments, whether meaning to cause offence or not, can be so damaging and impactful. We should all, men and women, support and applaud mums for what they have endured through pregnancy, labour AND after. Whether natural birth, c-section, in a pool, at home, in a hospital, whatever, wherever... mums, you're amazing - bumps and all!"
