It will no longer be possible to book parking at Dublin Airport through the Ryanair website after the airline failed to agree terms on a new contract with the facility.

In a statement, Dublin Airport said it had been selling car parking via the Ryanair website for three years. The arrangement, it said, had been “commercially successful” for both Ryanair and the airport during that period.

The agreement was however up for renewal, and, as the parties were “unable to agree terms”, the contract “has lapsed”.

Dublin Airport said it “remains open” to discussing the matter further with Ryanair.
