Fujifilm Instax Link Wide (€150)

Fujifilm’s Instax cameras and printers have brought the printed photo back into fashion with instant prints with a variety of fun colours, patterns and features such as frames and embedded links to audio clips. But while there have been several square and mini-film format devices in recent years, you’d be forgiven for forgetting that Instax’s Wide film even existed. Until now. The latest addition to the Instax line-up is the Link Wide, a printer that uses the long-neglected wide film.

Bluetooth printer

The Link Wide is similar to the Mini Link: a bluetooth printer that spits out your photos in seconds (plus the development time). You can go for a straightforward simple print, create a collage or embed everything from a link to a website, a location or even a voice message into the image through a QR code. Print quality is great, and you can charge it up and bring it with you to print your photos on the go, or at an event.
