Broadcaster Colette Fitzpatrick will host a new Sunday morning radio show on Newstalk, it was announced on Tuesday.

The Colette Fitzpatrick Show, will be sponsored by Marks & Spencer, and will be broadcast between 9am and 10am. The first will take place on August 2nd.

The show will feature psychology, parenting, book and television reviews as well as women’s health and wellbeing issues.

Fitzpatrick started her career in radio working for East Coast Radio, now East Coast FM before moving to Radio Ireland, now Today FM in 1998. Three years later she moved to TV3’s newsroom, where she anchors the station’s daily news bulletins at 12.30pm and 5.30pm.
