The Irish Society for European Law (ISEL) is hosting a seminar entitled Understanding EU Citizens' Rights as part of the Department of the Taoiseach's Communicating Europe Initiative. It will take place in the Ormond Building on Ormond Quay, Dublin 7, on Thursday October 24th at 6.30pm. Speakers include Padraic Kenna (NUI Galway), Roderic O'Gorman (DCU) and David Conlan Smyth BL.
