Savills is quoting a sale
price of €2.55 million for
the former JJN Transport Facility at Damastown Industrial Estate in
Dublin 15.
Gavin Butler of the agency says that with the selling price now at about half what it cost to develop the distribution/logistics building he expected that it would generate considerable interest from both occupiers and investors.
The modern detached distribution facility extends to 6,061sq m (65,240sq ft) and is located on the northern side of the Clonee interchange on the N3, about 15km from Dublin city centre.
