Two buildings and a site with redevelopment opportunities at Fenian Street, Dublin 2, has come on the market through agent CBRE.

Robert Colleran of that agency is seeking in excess of €1 million for a derelict four-storey building at 24/25 Fenian Street, a small site to the rear on Denzille Lane and two adjoining retail units at 26 Fenian Street.

Apartments over the two shops are under separate ownership. The two shops are producing rents of €55,900.
