The agency is seeking €975,000 for the site of 0.66 of a hectare (1.63 acres) with frontage on to New Street and Walkin Street. The property was previously occupied by Kilkenny Wholesale Cash and Carry and includes three adjoining warehouses and a large rear storage warehouse as well as two large open areas. The selling agent says that the site is ideal for a mixed-use development.

In Waterford, RES O’Shea O’Toole is quoting €300,000 for a workshop and showrooms on a site of 0.4 of an acre at Waterside. The former car showrooms, industrial workshop and valet shed is producing a rental income of €22,000 per annum. The site is zoned “city centre commercial”.
