A private investor has paid €720,000 for an industrial and office building at Stillorgan Industrial Park in south Dublin. The 1,767 block, sold by receivers over assets held by Michael Drummond, stands on a site of 0.94 of an acre. It is partially let at a rent of €60,000 per annum. James Smith of Savills who handled the sale, said most interest in the investment came from local cash buyers.
The same agents have dropped the asking price from €410,000 to €310,000 for two industrial units at Newbridge Industrial Estate in Co Kildare.
One of the buildings has a showrooms, workshop and office extending to 960 sq m over two levels. The second building extends to 1,058 sqm and is largely unfinished.
