Sir, – While appreciating Frank McNally’s tributes to the writings of Michael McLaverty and Bernard MacLaverty in An Irishman’s Diary (October 4th), I need to make a correction. Bernard is not Michael’s son, despite their both coming from Belfast. Michael’s sons were Kevin and Colm. – Yours, etc,
