Sir, – The Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment, Darragh O’Brien, oversees Government policy on emission targets. The Minister for Transport, Darragh O’Brien, is overseeing Government policy on removing the Dublin Airport passenger cap thus increasing emissions, further damaging the environment. Is there not an obvious conflict of interest in O’Brien holding both of these positions? – Yours, etc,

MICHAEL GILL,

Mount Merrion,

Co Dublin.
