The Office of Publin Works (OPW) has taken 3,264sq m (35,130sq ft) of space at Bloom House on James Joyce Street, Dublin 1. It is one of the largest office lettings agreed recently and is for a 20-year term with a break option in year 10 at a rent of about €269 per sq m (€25 per sq ft). Bloom House is owned by developers Joe and Pat Linders and was purpose-built to provide for a corporate headquarters. CBRE handled the letting.
