Connacht's Finlay Bealham has been brought into the Ireland squad following the hamstring injury sustained by Marty Moore which has ruled him out of next month's Six Nations.
The Australian-born rugby front row forward is qualified to play for Ireland through his grandmother, who is from county Fermanagh. The 24-year-old has already appeared for the Ireland Under-20s and the Emerging Ireland squad, having previously represented the Australia Schools ‘A’ side in 2009.
Wasps-bound prop Moore limped of in Leinster’s Champions Cup defeat last weekend, with a hamstring injury set to sideline him for six to eight weeks.
Meanwhile the IRFU say that "Johnny Sexton has passed HIA 1, HIA 2 and will complete HIA 3 tomorrow(Tuesday)," and that Robbie Henshaw has suffered no ill-effects after playing for Connacht at the weekend.
