Teenage girl hospitalised following Dublin assault on Thursday

A girl in her late teens was taken to hospital following an assault in Dublin on Thursday night, gardaí have said.

The assault occurred at approximately 9:30pm on the Ballyfermot Road, Dublin 10 on December 30th.

A female juvenile in her late teens was taken to St James’s Hospital to be treated for her injuries.

No arrests have been made at this stage of the investigation, a garda spokesman said.

Investigating gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

They are also appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time with camera footage, including dash-cam, to make it available to them.
