Rail services are back to normal, following earlier delays as a result of a fatal incident on the line between Portarlington and Portlaoise. Emergency services were at the scene.
Some passengers began disembarking trains at Heuston Station in Dublin when there were no further updates on delays to a number of services. Irish Rail detailed the situation on Twitter.
