More than 100 Bentley owners and vintage car enthusiasts from Britain are travelling across Ireland in a week-long touring holiday, supported by Tourism Ireland.

Some 46 vintage Bentleys arrived at the weekend and were welcomed by Lord Mayor of Dublin, Oisín Quinn and Tourism Ireland's Simon Gregory.

The Bentley Drivers' Club travelled to Kildare before making their way to Limerick on Sunday. The motorcade left Adare Manor for Enniskerry, Co Wicklow today.

Tourism Ireland is running a campaign in Britain promoting car touring and longer-stay holidays here, he added.
