Tall Trees is on the far side of the N11 from Delgany, although you can drive to Greystones village in about 10 minutes on a road which travels under the carriageway. And there is a shop and pub about 1km away in Kilpedder, says the agent.

Inside, it’s a different story: there’s a huge kitchen/living/diningroom to the right of the front hall overlooking the back garden through a wall of windows.
