Phase three of Castlepark Residence in Dalkey goes on sale today comprising 11 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with prices starting from €310,000.
When the last phase of nine units in the same exclusive development of 50 homes was released last October they sold out on the day. Many of those buying were trading down but wanted to stay in the area.
Built by Graham O'Donnell and Wesley Curran, both blocks in the current phase have southeasterly aspects and large balconies. Block A faces the courtyard. Block B overlooks a wooded area. Castlepark School is on the other side of the woods.
Wooden floors throughout
The interiors are by Brian S Nolan and include high-gloss kitchens with granite worktops and Miele appliances. The apartments have wooden floors throughout, underfloor heating and an Oschner air to water high-efficiency heating system. All, bar one, have an A3 energy rating.
Each has a separate utility room as well as an underground storage unit included in the price.
Of the properties going on sale today, there is one one-bedroom apartment measuring approximately 49sq m (528sq ft) and asking €310,000.
Two-bedroom units range in size from about 65sq m (702sq ft) to 94sq m (1,018sq ft) and in price from €335,000 to €465,000. There are three three-bed apartments, all 92sq m (994sq ft). One costs €485,000. The other two are €495,000.
The show apartments are open today at 11am-1pm through agents SherryFitzGerald. They will also be on view on Saturday, March 8th, at the same times.
