PwC takes up sponsorship of GAA All Stars

Big Four accountancy firm signs four yeard deal to support hurling and football awards schemes

PwC Ireland has become the new title sponsor for the GAA All-Star awards as well as the Player of the Month awards in a four-year deal.

The Big Four accountancy firm will partner the GAA and the Gaelic Players Association (GPA) in the awards.

It takes over the title sponsorship from this years All-Star awards ceremony in November.

No value was put on the sponsorship though PwC described it as a “significant investment”. Speaking at the announcement, PwC managing partner Feargal O’Rourke said: “We are delighted to announce our continued support of Gaelic games and, in particular, the recognition of young Irish talent.
