PwC has announced the renewal of a sponsorship deal with the IRFU for a further four years.
A spokeswoman for the company said it would not disclose the cost of the deal, which will see it continue as official sponsor of the Ireland U20, Ireland U19 and Ireland U18 teams.
IRFU junior vice-president Philip Orr said he was "delighted" with the renewal of the relationship.
“The IRFU is delighted to be continuing its partnership with PwC,” he said. “It has been very positive for Irish rugby to have such a strong brand associated with our up and coming players over the last number of years.
“It’s also very pleasing that PwC have come on board as sponsors of the elite player pathway programme, and we look forward to working with them on the programme in the years to come.”
PwC managing partner Feargal O’Rourke said the Irish rugby was a “perfect fit” for the company’s brand.
“This has now been in place since 2006 and makes us one of the IRFU’s longest serving partners,” he said. “Our association with Irish rugby is a perfect fit for our brand where qualities such as excellence, teamwork and leadership are key ingredients for success.”
