Agents Knight Frank have secured top prices at auction for two zoned landbanks in Wicklow and Kildare. The agency secured €2.5 million, or €56,800 per acre-for a 44-acre farm with two cottages and planning permission to develop four further houses at Ashford, Co Wicklow. Some 21.5 acres are zoned for residential use and the remaining for agriculture.

A 19-acre stretch with residential zoning near Blessington, Wicklow/Kildare, led to competitive bidding, and sold for €530,000.
