Industrial property specialists William Harvey is quoting a rent of €195,000 per annum for a grade A detached warehouse and office facility on the Northern Cross Business Park at the junction of the N2 and the M50 motorway in Dublin 11.
The facility extends to some 2,712sq m (29,191 sq ft) and includes 475sq m (5,123sq ft) of office accommodation with trade counter, carpet-covered floors and a fully fitted canteen.
Kieran Casey of William Harvey & Co says the building "is without doubt one of the finest modern warehouse and office facilities available on the market today".
