Business giant Deloitte has further expanded its operation at 1-2 Upper Hatch Street in Dublin 2 by taking a new ten-year lease of the office accommodation on the ground floor.
The company will be paying a rent of about €463 per sq m (€432 per s q ft) for around 370 sq m (3,982 sq ft).
Deloitte already occupy 2,000 sq m (21,528 sq ft) at the Hatch Street premises and also have offices at Earlsfort Terrace and Hardwicke House.
Keith O’Neill of BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for the landlord, a Dutch private investor who developed the Hatch Street office block in 2006.
