A block of 29 apartments with a rent roll of €343,500 per annum at Johnstown Road in Cabinteely, Co Dublin, is to be offered for sale through DNG New Homes at €5,950,000.

All but two of the homes in Belville Court are currently rented and when these are also let the overall rent is expected to increase to €430,100.

Four of the homes are one-beds, there are 22 two-beds and three of the units have three bedrooms.

Each of the apartments has a designated parking space in the underground car park and some units have the use of two spaces.

Belville Court consists of 61 apartments within separate blocks developed in 2008.

The 29 units in the portfolio are all located within block B which consists of 31 apartments divided into two cores with lifts accessing the car park. One of the cores has access to a large communal roof garden with outstanding views.

Gina Kennedy of DNG New Homes said the apartment blocks are particularly well built and are finished to a superior specification.

The fit-out includes high-gloss kitchens with black granite worktops, gas-fired central heating with externally located, energy-efficient boilers, centralised ventilation systems, fully tiled bathrooms and en suites, concealed cisterns and heated towel rails, pressurised water systems and a floor-to-ceiling height of 8.5 feet.

Belville Court is superbly located, fronting on to Johnstown Road and the corner of Pottery Road. Cabinteely village has a range of new gourmet restaurants and cafes and is within easy commuting distance of a number of large employers. Service charges in Belville Court range from €1,351 to €2,182 per annum.
