Bank starts fit out of Embassy House

The National Bank of Canada has commenced the fit out of part of the first floor of Embassy House at Herbert Park Lane in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, where they will be renting 515 s q m (5,548 sq ft) of office space at a rent in the mid-€20s per sq ft.

The building is owned by Kennedy McSharry and shares its access with the four star Herbert Park Hotel.

Aoife Murray of Jones Lang LaSalle is now quoting €296 per sq m (€27.50 per sq ft) for another two available suites at Embassy House with a floor area of 514 sq m (5,543 sq ft).

Car parking spaces will cost an additional €3,000 per annum.
