Agents Hooke & MacDonald are quoting €600,000 for a four-storey-over- basement office building at 1 Holles Street, Dublin 2, which is for sale by private treaty.
The building, directly opposite the National Maternity Hospital, has a net internal area of 250 sq m (2,690 sq ft) with two large offices on each of the floors. The agents say the building is fully fitted for office use.
