The Commission for Aviation Regulation has announced that a Dublin-based travel agent has ceased trading.

The Commission for Aviation Regulation has announced that a Dublin-based travel agent has ceased trading.

The Commission said it would now administer a bond held in connection with Tony Roche Travel Limited's licence.

Customers who have current bookings for travel through the company have been advised to contact the relevant airline, ferry company, tour operator, accommodation or other service provider to finalise their holiday arrangements.

Any customers wishing to claim refunds for any money that has not been passed on to the supplier may apply to do so from the Commission for Aviation Regulation.

All refunds will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Transport (Tour Operators and Travel Agents) Act, 1982. Claims must be made within 60 days.
