Se va, se va, se va(she goes, she goes, she goes), and, if you have any sense, you will too, as the numero unoSpanish crooner Julio Iglesias (that's Julio not Enrique) gets the crowd swooning at the Point Theatre in Dublin tonight.

But Julio notwithstanding, Galway is the place to be this weekend with music, dance, theatre, comedy, exhibitions and special events lined up across the city. The festival continues until July 28th.

Those travelling to Galway should note that during the CIÉ workers "no fares" protest today, the only increase on routes seems to be people travelling to Dublin from the West.

So expect more people returning west tonight than normal. The smart ones out there will use their cars to take advantage of emptier roads.
