IRISH TIMES COMPETITION:HONEYMOON SPECIALIST Runaway Bride & Groom has revealed the 10 finalists in the Ultimate Job in Ireland, an Irish Times-sponsored competition in which the winning couple get to try out some of the world's best holiday destinations.
Galway couple David Mottershead, a cameraman from South Africa, and Daniela Gross, a Brazilian journalist, were the first candidates to make it through to the top 10, thanks to public voting on more than 1,000 videos online.
Nine additional couples, selected by the Runaway Bride Groom judges, will join Mottershead and Gross in the final stage of the selection process next month. These include Kerri Mc Guinness from Kildare and her fiance, Matt, who is from Chicago; and Lizzie Kinross and partner Ed, both from the UK.
Tara Sparling, from Clare but living in Dublin, and Mark Kelly from Rialto, in Dublin, are also in the running for the job, as are Tim and Lauren Oliphant from the US.

Brendan Powell and Melanie Piche from Toronto, in Canada, and Allan Mulrooney and Niamh O’Connor from Sligo are also in with a chance to win the Ultimate Job, as are David Gilbert and Nina Cait Twohig, both from Cork.
The successful couple will be announced at a gala event on Sunday May 9th, following a weekend of tasks that will help the judges get to know the final 10 couples.
