This Sunday sees the release of the latest phase of Parkview, McInerney Construction's development of 274 apartments and townhouses beside the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.
Over 200 units have been sold since the initial launch of the development - which comprises two and three-bedroom townhouses.
The 819 sq ft upper unit two-bedroom houses with terrace are priced from £172,000 (€218,390). The 908 sq ft two-bed houses with gardens are from £177,500 (€225,380) and 1,067 sq ft three-bed houses are from £192,000 (€243,790).
The houses surround a three-acre private park, to be landscaped by Brady Shipman Martin. The development has been designed by Conroy Crowe Kelly - architects for the Plaza in Swords.
To mark the opening of the private park, McInerney is holding a family fun day which will feature children's favourites Pokemon, the Tellytubbies and Rugrats.
Built to enhance privacy and light, the development will have a tiered design, reminiscent of continental homes. Ground floor gardens of up to 418 sq ft will extend to open spaces and deep upper floor terraces will act as private living spaces.
Standard features at Parkview include a tiling allowance, Gold Shield electric heating and ample carparking for residents.
Parkview is located on the Snugborough Road beside the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, close to the Westpoint and Total Fitness centres.
