The Out to Lunch Arts Festival pulls off something of a coup with the appearance of Edwyn Collins, formerly of one of the most definitive post-punk groups, Orange Juice.
Collins, through a mixture of music therapy, hi own steely determination and support from family and friends, has made a strong comeback following a near fatal stroke and brain hemorrhage a few years ago. Slowly, he has built up his reserves of health and energy, and this year finally sees him release a new album, which will feature contributions from the likes of Franz Ferdinand’s Alex Kapranos and Sex Pistols’ Paul Cook. Good to have you back, sir!
