This clever little web app calls itself a "personal concierge service" for tourists visiting Dublin city by way of the Marker Hotel. Created by tech start-up LikeWhere, it's a recommendation system for exploring Dublin by picking your favourite spots from other cities. You choose up to six spots and are given a choice of similar places to visit. As an example, I picked the Sacré Coeur in Paris and got Iveagh Gardens. Visit the LikeWhere site to search for other destinations.

Life After Flappy Bird
If you're in the minority of lucky sods who missed the
Flappy Bird
craze, I'm happy for you and your time not wasted trying to keep a pixelated bird from repeatedly plummeting to its death. Now that the creator has taken it from the App Store, there will no longer be support so you might want to try these substitutes, recommended through BuzzFeed. Personally I think
Crappy Bird
(powered by his own farts) seems like more fun.

Cereal Prize
Topher Grace is perhaps best known for playing sarcastic teen Eric in the US sitcom That '70s Show. Since the show ended, he has pursued different interests including editing the three Star Wars prequels down into one film. "Mesa think George Lucas should have done that already." Grace's latest project is CerealPrize.com, a place where he curates cool stuff. The latest entry is a bunch of "pre-makes", which are clips from old movies edited together to create fake prequels of classics like Ghostbusters and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
