Patrick Kiersey of Cushman & Wakefield is guiding a combined price of €2.15 million for two office investments in Dún Laoghaire in south Dublin.

Numbers 1 - 4 Sussex Street comprises two adjoining two-storey detached office buildings extending to 644sq m (6,932sq ft) or 467 sq m (5,029sq ft). Located just off the town’s main thoroughfare, George’s Street Lower, the properties are being offered for sale in one or more individual lots.

No 1 Sussex Street (Lot 1) is a two-storey office, let to a private accountancy and business advisers’ practice producing an annual income of €18,000 per annum.

Vacant possession

Numbers 2- 4 Sussex Street (Lot 2) is a modern two-storey office building extensively remodelled and extended in 2004 and is being sold with the benefit of vacant possession.

Lot 1 is for sale individually at a guide price of €450,000, while Lot 2 carries a guide price of €1.7 million. The selling agent is seeking offers in excess of €2.15 million for the entire.

Sussex Street is served by extensive public transport links including the Dart, Dublin Bus and Aircoach.
