Aralez Pharmaceuticals is to pay in the region €645 per square metre (€60 per square foot) for a new headquarters within the newly refurbished office building at 47-49 St Stephen's Green. The company is to occupy 538sq m (5,800sq ft) on a 12-year lease with a break option in year seven subject to a six-months rental penalty.
