The owners of the Westport Plaza and Castlecourt Hotel Resort in Westport, Co Mayo, have completed contracts to acquire the four star, 85-bedroom Carlton Atlantic Coast Hotel in the same town. The sale price was just over €2 million. Leona Mullen of Savills handled the sale for receivers appointed by Bank of Scotland (Ireland).
