If you’re looking to celebrate Christmas in style, Powerscourt’s Classic Christmas is a must. Build anticipation on Christmas Eve and soak up the festive atmosphere. Enjoy seasonal mince pies and mulled wine, then explore the sights of Powerscourt Estate or unwind in the comfort of your luxurious guest room. The little ones will receive reindeer dust and carrots to leave as a midnight snack for Rudolph and his helpers. Continue the celebrations with a sumptuous four-course dinner that evening. Afterwards, retreat to the Sugar Loaf Lounge for a nightcap or two, then head to bed in high spirits, ready for the day ahead.

Wake up on Christmas morning to a hearty Buffet Breakfast in Sika Restaurant, accompanied by a glass of festive bubbles. For a more relaxed start to the day, take it easy by our new Thermal Suite. Santa makes a special appearance for our younger guests, and then it is time for a delectable Christmas lunch featuring your traditional favourites.

After lunch, lounge with the family and enjoy all the offerings in our family games room. Then gather later in The Sally Gap Bar and Brasserie to round off the day with savoury treats before retiring for the evening.

Rise refreshed on Stephen’s Day and enjoy breakfast in Sika Restaurant once again. Following breakfast, enjoy a falconry display on the hotel’s front lawn before making the journey home.
